Dear customer, we hope you are satisfied with your order. However, we still understand that sometimes you want to return your product. Before requesting a return, please read the following to ensure that your return process goes smoothly.
You can request our return and refund service:
✅Unshipped orders: You can request a return without any conditions. Please contact fan213735@ofnobility.com to cancel your order.
Please log in to your Of Nobility account to cancel the order, and the payment will be automatically refunded to your account.
✅Shipped orders: If it is already in transit, you must negotiate with Of Nobility customer service and deduct 60% of the shipping fee.
✅Received orders: The returned product must be confirmed to have no man-made damage that affects the secondary sale, and the condition is new or nearly new, otherwise it will not be accepted.
Return and refund services will not be provided in the following cases:
❎Requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase.
❎ Products sent to Of Nobility for return and refund services do not include all original accessories, accessories, packaging or gifts included in the original order.
❎ Product damaged due to improper installation, operation or unauthorized use or modification of the product.


IMPORTANT NOTES

1. This return policy applies to direct end-user consumers who purchase our products from Of Nobility.com.
2. All items must be returned in their original condition, including Of Nobility’s original packaging. If a gift is included in the order, the gift must also be returned.
3. Items damaged due to misuse, lack of care, improper handling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use are not eligible for refund or exchange.
4. Shipping costs for non-quality returns are borne by the customer.
5. For non-quality returns, the customer is not responsible if the item is damaged or lost during transportation.
6. Items must be returned within 7 days of the initial request.
7. After receiving the returned item, we will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be processed using the same method used when paying. The specific completion time depends on the bank or credit card issuer. The processing time may be extended during holidays. (Current version: We will process your refund within 7 days after receiving your package. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method you selected. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 14 days for your refund to be credited to your original payment method.)
8. Please do not accidentally include non-Of Nobility items in your return package. We are not responsible for returning these items to you.
9. The shipper address on the package is not the return address. If you send your return package to this address, the return processing time may be delayed. You can only send your return package to the address on the return label we provide. – Please make sure that you do not accidentally include any items in your return package that you do not want to return. Do I need to pay for shipping to return the item?

It depends. If the product is of quality or the wrong product is sent, the shipping fee can be waived, otherwise, the customer must pay for shipping.

When can I receive my refund?

Your Return and Refund Policy states that I must return the product in its original packaging. I no longer have the packaging – can I still return it?

You can request our replacement service:

✅ Unshipped orders: Replacements can be requested without any conditions. Please contact fan213735@ofnobility.com to replace your product.
✅Initiate the exchange process within 7 days of receiving the product, and the product has not been damaged by any human factors.
Returned products must confirm that there is no human damage that affects secondary sales, and the condition is new or nearly new, otherwise it will not be accepted.

 

Replacement service will not be provided in the following cases:

❎Requests are made after 7 days from the date of receipt.
❎ Products sent to Of Nobility for replacement service do not include all original accessories, accessories, packaging or gifts included in the original order, or any items are not new or like-new, that is, there are cracks, dents or scratches.
❎The product is damaged due to improper installation, operation or unauthorized use or modification of the product.
 

Replacement Instructions

If you want to apply for a replacement, please apply at the latest within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.

2. If eligible, customer service will make a replacement label for you
3. Follow the instructions to send the package
4. Of Nobility receives the package, confirms the exchanged product, and sends the new replacement product.
5. The user receives the new product.
 

Important Notes

6. Exchange requests must be made no later than 7 days from the date the item was received, and the exchanged item must be sent back within 7 days of the request.
7. The shipper address on the package is not the replacement address. If you send the package to that address, processing time may be delayed. You may only send packages to the address on the label we provide.
8. Please make sure you do not accidentally put any items in your return package that you do not want to return. We are not responsible for returning these items to you.
